The second installment of the “Appalachian Heritage Music Program” at Riverview was a huge success. It was clear that our elders enjoyed reconnecting with the music of their heritage, old traditional songs that have been handed down through generations. It was wonderful to watch as they smiled, clapped, and even sang along. The next Appalachian Heritage Music Program will be held on June 27th at 2:00 PM.
