In 2015 we will begin a new stakeholder recognition program here at Riverview. Each week the management team will select an EDEN All-Star of the Week. Nominations will be based on the stakeholder’s attendance, performance, attitude, and their willingness to embrace the EDEN approach in caring for our elders. The weekly winner will receive a certificate of recognition, an All-Star lapel pin, and a gift card for one free lunch in our Mugg-Z Café. Out of the weekly winners for each month we will also select a Culture Change Champion of the Month. This person will receive a custom t-shirt, a Champion lapel pin, a reserved parking spot, and other prizes. Our goal is to boost stakeholder engagement and to further advance our home’s attitude toward culture change. Stay tuned for the announcement of our first EDEN All-Star for 2015.
